Q. How long do they take to heat up.

A. 6-8 minutes at 180 degrees once fully defrosted. Premium bases only require 3-4 minutes once fully defrosted

 

Q. Do you offer gluten free bases?

A. Unfortunately we have not been able to find a cost effective way to offer gluten free bases as of yet.

 

Q. Do the bases have to be frozen?

A. Unless otherwise organised the bases will be frozen. If you prefer a refrigerated base please notify us before collection and note that it will be a minimum wait of 3 days.

Q. Do you need a pizza oven to reheat the pizza bases. 
A. Not they’re designed to be reheated in normal gas or electric home ovens. 

 

Q. What happens if a product is not in stock?

A. As we only have the capacity to make 120 bases a week sometimes we will run out of stock. If this is the case don’t stress we will restock our website Monday mornings ready for the upcoming weekend.

 

Q. Does your tomato sauce contain onion or garlic.

A. No

 

Q. Do you offer contactless pick up?

A. Yes, our bases can be left out the front of our premises for contactless collection.

Q. How long can the dough balls be left in the fridge?

A. Up to four days.
